Please take a moment to review our mental health resources for individuals living with chronic disabilities and their loved ones.

Our team at SRAAS recognizes that spasticity can be extremely difficult to navigate physically as well as mentally. Please know that you are not alone in your journey. We have numerous emails that roll in from people all over the world, in various stages of life, with varying levels of spasticity that express their concern about their condition.

If there is anything we wish we could convey is that you are so much more than this condition. While spasticity may shape parts of your life, it does not define your identity, your potential, or your future. Every journey is unique, and there is no "right" way to navigate life with spasticity. We are here to support you, share resources, and build a community where your experiences are seen, heard, and valued.

To loved ones, family members, and caregivers, we see you too. Supporting someone with spasticity can bring both meaningful moments and unique challenges. Your compassion and advocacy make a profound difference, and your well-being matters. You are also part of this community, and you are not alone
