Please take a moment to review our mental health resources for individuals living with chronic disabilities and their loved ones.
Our team at SRAAS recognizes that spasticity can be extremely difficult to navigate physically as well as mentally. Please know that you are not alone in your journey. We have numerous emails that roll in from people all over the world, in various stages of life, with varying levels of spasticity that express their concern about their condition.
Every journey is unique, and there is no "right" way to navigate life with spasticity. We are here to support you, share resources, and build a community where your experiences are seen, heard, and valued.
To loved ones, family members, and caregivers, we see you too. Supporting someone with spasticity can bring both meaningful moments and unique challenges. Your compassion and advocacy make a profound difference, and your well-being matters. You are also part of this community, and you are not alone

Our collaboration with Talk Listen Connect
One of our goals is to create a space where individuals can connect through their spasticity journey, share knowledge and research, and build a supportive community.
We are incredibly excited to be collaborating with Talk Listen Connect, an online-based group of professionals who facilitate support groups, to help bring this opportunity to our community.
The SRAAS team will facilitate these support groups but this will require team members to complete specialized training through Talk Listen Connect. We are currently seeking donations to help cover the cost of training so we can continue building a supportive and accessible space for our community. We kindly ask you to consider donating to support this important initiative.
