ENTRY TICKETS

These tickets grant access to the event but do NOT include food or drinks. Food and drink tickets will be sold separately at the event ($5 per hot dog, $3 per non-alcoholic drink, and $7 per alcoholic drink).

Please note that these tickets are not eligible for tax deductions. We are currently in the process of obtaining charitable status; however, at this time, we are a registered nonprofit organization and are unable to provide tax receipts or tax deductions for ticket purchases or donations.

Fundraising Initiatives

We are a 100% volunteer run operation, all profits go directly towards our community, research and projects that spread awareness and knowledge about spasticity

  • Our top priority for this fundraiser is our upcoming documentary on pediatric cryoneurolysis. This project is incredibly important in helping spread awareness and education about the cryoneurolysis procedure to families around the world.

  • We have recently completed our first children’s book, which will be available for purchase at the event. We hope to continue creating more books like this to raise awareness for the pediatric spasticity community and empower children and families navigating these journeys.

Your Questions, Answered

  • The event will take place at the Juan de Fuca Recreation Centre basketball courts. Limited parking will be available directly outside the courts. We kindly ask guests to be mindful of attendees who may require nearby parking due to mobility or accessibility needs.

  • No, we will be selling food and drink tickets seperately at the event.
